Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Vizard ("Vizard," "we," "us") governing your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. What Vizard is, and is not

The Services help you understand and prepare your own case. They do not file, submit, or represent you in any application or proceeding, and they do not guarantee any result.

2. No guarantee of outcomes

Any scores, estimates, risk flags, or guidance the Services provide are informational aids to help you prepare. They are not predictions and not guarantees of any visa, immigration, or other outcome. All decisions rest solely with the relevant authorities. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit to any authority and for your own decisions.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Services. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, trial terms, and billing cycles are shown before you purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Purchases made through a third-party store (such as the Apple App Store) are also subject to that store's terms, and refunds are handled according to that store's policies unless otherwise required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose, including submitting false information to any authority.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or misuse the Services or attempt to access them in unauthorized ways.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share, or interfere with the security or operation of the Services.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, text, and brand, are owned by Vizard and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You retain ownership of the information you submit, and you grant us the rights needed to operate and improve the Services as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Immigration rules change frequently and vary by case; we do not warrant that any information in the Services is complete, current, or applicable to your situation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vizard will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, opportunity, or immigration outcome, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Vizard harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services and other users.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. We will specify a governing jurisdiction and venue here as Vizard's corporate structure is formalized. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
