Terms of Service

Last updated June 12, 2026

These terms govern your use of Vizard. Please read them. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

Vizard is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Vizard is a preparation tool. Our scores, insights, and mock interviews are guidance to help you prepare, not legal advice, and they do not guarantee any visa or immigration outcome. Decisions are made solely by government authorities. For advice on your specific situation, consult a licensed immigration attorney.

1. The service

Vizard is a mobile application that helps you understand and prepare for visa applications. It estimates approval odds, highlights potential risks in your case, and lets you rehearse a mock interview. The app may change or add features over time.

2. Not legal advice, no guaranteed outcome

Vizard provides general informational guidance based on the details you enter and publicly available information. It is not a substitute for a licensed immigration attorney, and no outcome is promised. Visa decisions rest entirely with the relevant government authorities, who consider many factors outside the app. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit to any authority.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Vizard. By using it, you represent that you can form a binding agreement and that you will comply with these terms and applicable law.

4. Your account

5. Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing is shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or our payment provider and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel renewal in your App Store account settings. Except where required by law or stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

7. Intellectual property

Vizard, its name, logo, software, and content are owned by Vizard, Inc. and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app. You retain ownership of the information you enter, and you grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or that its guidance will be complete or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vizard, Inc. and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any visa denial, lost fees, lost opportunity, or other loss arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using Vizard and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the service and its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, notice in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
