All data between your device and our servers travels over encrypted TLS connections, so it cannot be read in flight.
Protected at rest
Stored data sits on reputable, access-controlled infrastructure with encryption at rest, hosted by established cloud providers.
Least-privilege access
Access to user data is limited to what is strictly necessary to operate the service, and is kept to a minimum.
Vetted AI providers
When AI processes your case, we send only what the feature needs, to established providers under contract, and ask them not to train general models on it where we can.
You stay in control

Honest about where we are
Vizard is an early-stage product. We follow sensible security practices and improve them as we grow, but we do not yet hold formal certifications like SOC 2, and we will not claim ones we do not have. We would rather be honest about that than overstate it.
